Superbowl 2015 - Up to a 17 day rental available Jan. 28th to Feb. 12th -- $2000 per night - Minimum stay is 4 nights - 25% deposit due on signing of rental agreement - Balance payment by Credit Card/Cashier's Check/ Bank Draft or Cash by Jan. 17, 2015 - Cancellation Policy -$2500 cancellation fee for cancellations after the signing of the rental agreement up until Nov. 30, 2014, Cancellation after Dec. 1, 2014 will result in forfeiture of entire 25% deposit - Refundable Damage Deposit $1000 due with final payment. $300 Cleaning Deposit due with final payment, if house is left clean then the money will be refunded in full.
