BigEventRentals.com is two things. It is an advertising tool for property owners wishing to rent their property out during the Superbowl and other large events. BigEventRentals.com is also a matchmaking service for potential renters who are looking for accomodations other than a traditional hotel room. We are one of the few who offers a legitimate FREE way to post your home!
We offer a variety of packages, depending on your preference and budget. We are known for providing home owners the opportunity to list their properties 100% FREE OF CHARGE! We also offer packages that include an option for additional photos of your property, social media and other marketing exposure, featured locations, etc. for very affordable prices. Check out our List It page to view our photo packages and prices. Do your research and you will see that BigEventRentals.com is not rivaled in the value we provide to our clients.
Prices generally range anywhere from a few hundred dollars a night to thousands of dollars a night, depending on the ameneties your property provides, location compared to the event, etc.. Other properties listed on the site can give you an idea for a reasonable price range for this event.
Your listing will appear within 24 hours of submission, usually much sooner! If you select a package that includes multiple photos, your listing will appear after your listing has been submitted, your pictures have been submitted, and your payment has been received.
We accept major credit cards securely through the #1 online payment service, PayPal.
If you see a property that you are interested in, simply fill out our basic Renter Inquiry Form. We'll forward your information to the home owner for immediate follow up. It's that easy!
Yes, you can list up to THREE (3) properties via our FREE LISTING. You can list as many paid listing as you would like.

Can I list more than one property?
We wanted to provide a way for folks on a tight budget to still list their property for free. That said, we've still made it very affordable to upgrade your listing to an Economy Listing or a First Class Listing, both for under $50, providing you a great opportunity to really showcase your property in great detail with many more photos! If you have ever bought something online, or if you have ever booked a vacation rental before, you know that seeing is believing. It has been our experience that the more photos you can show, the greater your odds of finding a renter. Our service is all about options though, so pick the one that makes the most sense for you and your budget!
Do I need more than one photo of my property to rent it?
Yes, as long as there are feature spaces still available, you can upgrade to have your property moved. There are several feature spaces on our home page, as well as throughout the site. These are premium spots that provide more exposure to your property and help you stand out. See our Featured Homes page for more details on how to feature your property.
