Available for 2015 Super Bowl and/or Phoenix Open. Additional photos available upon request. $4200 per night, minimum 5 night stay, or $25,000 per week. Cleaning fee $400, includes daily maid service. Use of spa included; pool can also be heated for an additional $500 per stay. Absolutely no smoking or pets. $3000 refundable damage deposit. 50% of total rent required upon signing of lease. Remaining balance and damage deposit due 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 60 days of arrival date.
